Coco and Walter. My favorite BB iteration. Saw them a bunch of times at the Palamino in North Hollywood.
wow
If it gets any hotter than Coco and Walter tearing it up I can't conceive of it! RIP John Mayall
Excelente. Lo. Mejor
I was lucky enough to see him live with Walter Troud and Coco Montoya in 1988. Rest in peace, John, legend of blues rock
We'll miss John Mayall so much.
RiP 💜 🙏 John Mayall, God Bless You 🙏 Absolute Legend!!!
The boss of British blues with the fabulous Albert King! can't miss that.
He looks like that guy who picks up a guitar at guitar center. And goes nuts. Until he’s escorted out the door. Over a million views. Obviously it’s all people care about. I should look like I’m having a seizure every solo I play. Rip Mr Mayall.
sad to hear of John's passing but he did make it 90...we should all be so lucky! thanks John for keeping the blues alive. this era with Walter and Coco was just amazing...
My father used to tell how they went to Bukka's house and enjoy sausage beer and blues music all night long
FANTASTIC.
Очень круто ❤
Master of the Duolian.
Its 0030 and this nightcap to call it a day. Enjoy
sick and tired .. the world over.. rise upX
A King and a Bishop, just great blues.❤❤❤❤
stank
I used to see Albert King all the time in a tiny little club called the Keystone in Berkeley Ca. He was just like that. Playing up a storm. But cool as a cat, with a pipe in his mouth. Totally in control.
How loud was he live?? I bet it was crazy
@@TheArtofBlues It was typical club volume. Not overbearing or too loud at all. And Albert didn't shred notes. The phrasing and spacing were perfect because the band complimented him so well and they all knew how to play the smaller room. Maria Muldaur played there too. She was lovely. They were real pros.
Good stuff.
CoCo broke a string in the middle of his solo.
U guys rock
Thanks so much for posting this! Mick Taylor, inspired by Albert, plays and amazing solo here on his Strat. I thought I was hearing Eric Clapton! Check out Eric on this one to see what I mean. ruclips.net/video/Az7sLKGOUe8/видео.html
Bukka's got some hits... good tune..
No one can bend strings like Albert King. That break at 5:50 is why he is the greatest. He then just says goodnight and leaves the audience always wanting more!
Oh yes! I LOVE that! Bukka is just amazing!
My grandfather.. .. Bukka White played for us whenever he came home to Aberdeen, MS... my sisters, brother, an I would dance, dance, dance. Sometimes the world don't give back to people who greatly deserve their shining star until they are above them. R. I. P. Big Daddy

always love Mick Taylor sitting in the back on this clip, playing totally bada*s dirty blues
Coco playing upside down explorer
Ooooo this is so great
les démons de Jesus !
Some bad ass mofos right there! Whoa! That just about took my head off!
What a powerful voice --- Notice Skip James sitting just to the left of Bukka in the first 15 seconds of the video ?
"way down!"
Pure class!! I remember, decades back, John Mayall.announced his first ever tour to New Zealand. Blueslovers like myself dived out and bought tickets immediately. However kiwi crowds are notorious for walking up on the night of the show so pre sales of tickets were only average. There was still a buzz of excitement around that he was even coming here. Then it was announced that pre sales were not sufficient to warrant the trip.....and he cancelled. He'll never know that he was absolutely guaranteed a full house, just like Roy Buchanan, just like Sonny Terry and Brownie Mcghee before him... and he never came back. 😫
I think Albert broke a string at 5:50
Badass yea 😎👌🤪💪
If I'm lying 🤥🤷🤣🤧🙄😒I'm dying 😭🤣😂🤧💀😪
Bravo Louis ! TU as tout déchiré surtout à la fin ! Normal qu'il ait joué avec les meilleurs musiciens mondiaux et les meilleurs producteurs Il n'y a jamais du hasard: il n'y a que du talent et en plus, il est hyper cool et sympa. So, What else ?Le king Français de la SG
